Abbreviating the Nursing Council of New Zealand

The advice of the Nursing Council of New Zealand is :

  • You may use both the te reo name and the english name or just the english name.
  • There is no official abbreviation for the council but most people use NCNZ.
  • There is no breach of the Code of Conduct or Code of Ethics if you choose to use only the english or te reo name rather than both.

Although in book form, and shelved with the books, MIMS New Ethicals should be treated as a serial because it comes out several times each year.
